Pack not renewed

Hi, I bought £15 credit last night ready for my existing pack to renew today and it has not renewed, tells me to buy credit but I already have enough credit to cover it and it clearly shows that I have credit. In order to renew my pack it wants me to top up again. Any ideas?!
