trying to upgrade and the site keeps crashing , tried on laptop , Android and iPhone - cleared cahe etc .
The site is utter garbage - terrible

I have the same issue , logs ,me out constantly and wont load upgrade screens
every page with a issue has the /unsupported - It is clearly a issue with the site and needs to be resolved seen as the hold time is over 1 hour .
Surely you want people to use the online service

If not, what device are you looking to upgrade to?
At what stage does the site crash?

My wife is trying to upgrade her phone to the iPhone 11 , it crashes at the checkout every time and has now for over 48hrs .
I am trying to upgrade too the new Samsung and every page says unsupported and logs me out on both a laptop and my mobile app or browser .
The site is knackered

Totally agree, I have gone over to O2 now, found a cheaper price and a better deal!
