waiting for new sim more when 2 weeks

I lost my phone 20 may 2020 and imediatle report to EE and order new sim, today is 5 june 2020 and i m not receive new sim yet. i call and chat with , complain EE multiple time, everything was useless, i stay disconected for more then 2 weeks with now hope .

What i have to do?

i call multiple times to EE staff about new sim delivery, everything was useless, EE ignoring my calls, do not send me new sim. i feel discrimitated on the base of my origin, EE even block now my chat window. during this pandemic time i stay disconected for more then two weeks, with no ability to order food. i m currently looking after disabled person and any time i might need GP advice, but i cant get it.This is unpretendented attitude from EE, keeping me under stress for so long time and not take any acton to help.

EE not even try to find another way of the sim delivery. i do not have words to express what i feel.
