upgrading my device which is a hauwei

I am able to upgrade my device today, I will have had it for 2 years this september - however I am on a business plan which is pay monthly, when I got the phone I was given an offer which was the phone plus a tablet, which I still have but have never used, also the guy in the shop was able to give me no upfront cost for the phone, so I am wondering what would happen considering I am on business (which the guy did not tell me in the shop) plus still having the tablet which I think now is not really necessary and I could send it back, phone is a P20 lite and I pay roughly 34 a month for the 2 items combined

@mtimmins92   The tablet will have its own contract you’ve only got it free as there was no upfront cost for it.   The tablet is now yours and you do not have to return it to EE but you will have to terminate the contract otherwise it will keep going on as a 30 day rolling tariff.    You can upgrade your phone if you choose do so.  Again your phone is yours to keep you do not have to return it
