My Plan not showing Correct Device & Upgrade made in May 2021

Hi

 

I upgraded my device and plan in May of this year, but when visiting the app and/or website it is still showing my previous device as active.

I traded in that device (iPhone 11 Pro) for my new device (iPhone 12 Pro Max) as I say in May of this year. Ergo I no longer have the device it is listing as active.

 

How can I have this changed/updated?

@Wiggy1985  If you open the my EE app using cellular data it normally updates from that.  It might take around 24h to update.   The device shown on your account comes from the device being used.    If your plan isn’t correct you need to call customer services about that the device used isn’t the tariff/plan
