Please add an iCloud account to fully activate your device and check the unlock status.
However the account already seems to be added as i can see the devise in my include under find my device. how do i solve for this?

@JJamu When you go to Settings at the top do you see your name ?

Yes I see my name suggesting its logged to my account but I still get the message that I need to add the iCloud when I text unlock to 150

Did you get the phone directly from EE? It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if they can help look into this for you.

@JJamu Go to Settings>General>About and scroll down to Network Provider. Does it say No Sim Restrictions ? If it does the device is unlocked already.
