unable to track delivery as there was no order number on my email confirmation.

Delivery should be today but I’ve had no contact from DPD. I am unable to track it because there was no order number on my confirmation. I have checked junk folder as well.

Thanks for the reply.

 

Its sorted now, DPD lost it in transit.

 

I am a little disappointed though as DPD told me that EE will begin an investigation and post a replacement straight away. I’ve now been told by EE that it can take up to 72 hours for them to send my phone.

I'm sorry to hear that this was the case though, I hope you enjoy using the phone when it arrives.
