Ordered 4GEE Home mobile broadband which says in stock usually dispatched same day. Got confirmation and order number but nothing after two and a half days. Order Tracking says it can't tell me right now. Blurb says customer services don't have access to status. Who should I call please?

OK I decided to call 150 at 8 am. The order was frozen for some unknown technical reason and the guy in Darlington took a new order. Took about 50 minutes end to end so not too bad. Nice guy. Expected Monday.
