I have had no problems with my sim for the many years I have had this number. I got a new phone with 2 sim capacity and I even managed to use it but now I am being told my sim is provisioned. Please me me know how to fix this problem.

What phone are you using?
Have you tried your SIM card in another phone to see if you get the same message?

I used it in a samsung s10 and I was getting no calls coming through and so I tried it in a my galaxy A5 and got the message. This explained why I wasn't getting any calls. It worked fine in both phones in the past

Hello,
It is relatively new as I switched from Tmobile to EE and I don't have the old one anymore. I did the switch in march of this year or earlier but I have used it fine in the past. Also is there an easier way to communicate like a chat rather than waiting to receive your reply by mail and then logging unto your site to reply?
