My contract expired at the end of May 2020 and has been rolled over on I assume the same terms as the price charged remains the same. However, I find that there is no data attached to the plan and therefore unable to share data with the second mobile telephone on the same plan. Why has data been stopped and why am I paying for something I am not receiving? I am currently abroad and have only occasional use for the mobile but I still need data. Please advise.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim?
