@Hamik   SIM cards are sent out Royal Mail 2nd class.  When did you order it ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

SIM cards can take 2-5 working days to arrive, if this has been longer than 5 working days since you ordered the SIM, please get in touch with our customer care team.

 

They will get this looked into for you.
