Hi, ive purchased a new pay as you go simcard with the £15 pack, ive set up my ee account, added my new number ect - this shows my £15 pack. Ive clicked on top up, filled it in and once I confirmed they payment, a see a message sayin unable to process request
Can somebody please tell me what ive done wrong
