Hi my wifi mini has frozen today, all 4 lights are constantly on. I've tried to reset the unit, but it will not connect to the laptop just says no Internet connection. So I can't get onto the 192.168.1.1 to reset. Does anyone have any suggestions?

@Angie_77 Try this
Perform master reset via hardware:
- Remove the bumper to uncover the Reset button.
- Using a paperclip or pen, press and hold the Reset button for approxamately 5 seconds.

Hi Chris,
I've tried that and hasn't made a difference the lights didn't even flicker.

Hi @Angie_77.
Could you try plugging the device in to charge, then try the pin reset again but hold it for 10 seconds?
Let us know how you get on.

Hi @Jon_K
Just tried to plug in and charge and then reset, and the lights remain solid, again didn't even flicker or go off.
Thanks

Thanks for trying, @Angie_77.
I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so that our Tech team can look into this for you.
They will be able to run through additional troubleshooting steps and help to get this sorted.

@Tlee41791 I ended up taking the device back to where I bought it , and it was replaced under warranty as they advised it was a fault that could not be reset. However EE did advise that even out of warranty they could send it back to be tested/repaired, but would take up to a week. Hope you manage to get yours resolved.
