I would try to change my card details so I can continue using my pack but when I try to access my account I get errors both from the mobile app and pc. I am trying to contact ee support for 30 mins from live chat and from the call center. I saw many entries regarding this issue it is unbelievable they still have not fixed it. I can't use my phone because my pack expired and I can't buy a new pack. I started to regret using EE.

@herbalife45 : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need a registered card.
