sim card

Due to my work virtually non existent I have dropped down to a sim only contract. I also removed my insurance cover. I forgot to ask the question as to what would happen if i lost my phone. Would EE replace my sim free of charge or would I have to purchase a new sim with new number.

Thanks in advance.

Hi @paulsailor

Sorry to hear this.

If you happen to lose your phone, then the process to follow is explained here

When you call to report the SIM lost, EE will block your existing SIM and be able to arrange a replaxcement for you.

EE will replace the sim, but there may be a £1.50 fee in doing so
