4GEE WiFi Mini 2 connecting to Smart Tv

I’m trying to connect my Smart Tv to the mini WiFi, it connects and says connected. But then when I actually go to use an app, it says ‘device not connected’. So then I go back to reconnect and it has disappeared. So I find it again and it says connected but then we just go round in an endless loop. Any advice?

When this happens, has your WiFi mini turned itself off?

 

By design, it will go into power saving mode when not in use.
