returning a 5gee router

ive been trying to get a response from the returns department since the 25th of September i just cant get through on the phone and had no reply from emails has anyone else had this trouble my 14 days are counting down and dont want to be paying 70 pound a month for something i cant use

You'll have to call CS on 150 - we're not staff here for the most part (community managers are present) but we have no access to accounts.

 

As a matter of interest, Why can't you use it? It should drop down to 4G, if there is no 5G in your area.

We got it hoping it would be better for my sons as his  land line is slow but its slower than the landline so back to square one
