my screen is cracked will ee replace it if I don't have insurance but it is still new I only had it about 2-3 months and paid cash

When you say 'paid cash' Rac32, where did you buy the phone from?

Have a look at our Booking A Repair help page for more information on how to get your phone repaired.
Without insurance, a repair will be chargeable if the screen is broken.
