good morning, I know everyone is very busy during this time however I sent an upgrade phone back to EE for a refund which was received and signed for by EE 10 days ago and I haven't heard anything, no text or email and still on that Current payment plan. I just wondered if there was an eta for it to be confirmed to be received and processed during these current times? thanks

Welcome to the EE Community.
As soon as your device has been returned and scanned into the warehouse you will receive a text message and your plan will be reverted back to the original plan before your upgrade.
