Hi,
I request a sim replacement with my same phone number in the 22/03/2021 and I still did not receive it. What can I do ?

Welcome to the community.
Replacement SIMs are sent out through Royal Mail and should arrive within 4 working days. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to check the replacement order and re-issue a SIM, if needed.
