I've got an Email from Moorcroft on behalf of EE debt
I had finished a contract with EE in February 2021 and after that, I've never got any emails from EE. I had paid all cancellation fees and all balance left with EE before I finished the contract but, now I just got an Email from Moorcroft. It made me curious about it.

@Supatsorn Did you give notice 30 days to terminate the contract ? You only reach your minimum term date at which point it changed to a 30 day rolling tariff until you give notice to terminate.

Hi @Supatsorn
Thanks for coming to the community.
I would suggest getting in touch with our Broadband Care team on 0800 079 8586, and they will get this looked into for you.
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.
