New sim, no signal.

I’ve been sent a new sim due to my old one keep disconnecting... now I have no signal at all so can’t call up for help.

Have you registered the replacement SIM card?

 

If you can receive a PIN code to your old SIM card you can register the SIM here - myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim
