I have a card bought from uk and activated in Bulgaria. I connect to a local operator, but I can't call or receive calls. I receive an sms that someone was looking for me. I dial the number with 00, with +, but it doesn't work. I tried to send an SMS to 150, 0044150, +44150, but it gives me an error. A friend bought me an electronic recharge voucher, but I can't recharge it with 150, how can I activate the calls on this card. I registered on the site, I received an SMS with a code, but it still doesn't work .
For the SIM card to work, you first have to activate it and use it in the UK for it to work in another country, and since you did not do this, it will not work.
