Hi, my new Iphone 13 arrived today and this is an EE sim. I have transferred my number from my previous phone (BT) using PAC and I understand that it will take a d working day to sort it out. However, in the meantime should I only have the EE sim in my new phone? Or can I put my BT sim into my new phone in the meantime before I get my old number switched to EE?
@Sam_mcalley Use the EE Sim in the EE device and keep using your BT Sim in the device you used for that network as the switch over takes up to 24 hours it doesn’t mean it’s going to take 24 hours.
