I am new to EE and signed up yesterday as a pay as you go customer. I unable to log into my EE account online and I cannot login through the myee app. I am really not impressed. Why am I unable to login to my account or use the app?

Didn't you create your MyEE a/c only yesterday when you joined EE?

In what way can you not sign in? What error msgs?

I set the account up yesterday. I registered the mobile number when setting the account up. When signing in now it asks me to add number and click on add button. When I do this it says the number is already registered and to phone 150. I phoned 150 which was a waste of time as they didn't know why this was happening. I tried logging in through EE's website and I am having the same problems. This really is tedious.

When it does this try clicking from top menu line MyEE/ My Products/ My EE Mobile.

Ring EE again tomorrow and ask to be put through to second line technical support - I had this issue when I swapped to an eSIM - after the transfer I couldn't login to the app or website - second line technical support sorted it for me, there was a ghost number attached to my account, iirc

After nearly a week of not being able to access my account through EE's website and through myee as well as people phoning me on this new number and the call not connecting myside and texts being sent to this new we number and not being received I have given up and decided to stay with my previous provider. EE seems to be riddled with faults.

I have got the same problem now since July I still can't log in on myEE App.

I contacted customer services but Sims-like they do not know what to do. I now I just gave up the search for another provider.
