I ordered my upgrade over 50hours ago and still waiting for a dpd delivery slot even though it said it would take 24hrs for the phone to be delivered. I try track my order via EE and says sorry can’t find your order yet please look out for a email from EE or dpd.

Have you had a chance to speak to our customer care team regarding your order?
You wont be able to track your order until you have received your confirmation email. This is usually 24 hours after you complete your online order. Have you received this yet?
Which phone did you order? Have you checked that the model and variant are showing in stock on our EE Shop pages?
