I ordered a new device 3 days ago (Thursday) and since then I've had a confirmation email with my order number. When I go to track my order it says that the dispatch has not yet been confirmed. I also ordered it to the store and when I was ordering it said it is in stock and will be dispatched within 1 day. I'm going away tomorrow and need to know that I'll be able to pick it up when I come back - is there any reason why it either hasn't been dispatched or it the dispatch hasn't been confirmed?

@Anna_anna If your order is going to a store for collecting then the store will inform you when it’s there. you’ll not receive any information until then. The order is to the store not you
