have ordered an upgrade on my current contract with a new iphone 11, I have recieved a confirmation email but nothing else. I enter the details on the EE order tracker but it just says we cannot give an update

The delivery guidance for that model at the moment is that it's out of stock and we'll deliver as soon as we receive more from the manufacturer.
