order tracking delivery dispatch

I ordered an upgrade for my current phone and I have received the returns package to send in my old phone. I received an email stating that I must deliver my old phone by a certain date but I have not yet received my new phone or any notice of it being dispatched.  I require the new phone to arrive before sending off the old one so that I can transfer my data but I don't know if it will arrive before the deadline for delivering my old phone. How can I find out if my delivery has been dispatched?

@MCamp You’ll be notified if it’s been sent out for delivery.    I wouldn’t worry about the returns just yet as you should have your new device first.   Give customer services a call about this so a note can be placed on your account.
