order delivery date confirmation

Hi I ordered my upgrade to the note 9 an hour ago and it still says awaiting delivery confirmation even after being told I should get it tomorrow.  Could someone help please.

Did you get an email containing your tracking information?

If not, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team who can look into this for you.

Hi , I got accepted for a contract and it’s due for delivery today but I have had no order number to track my delivery and DPD haven’t sent me an email either the day before it was due could anyone help

They have sent me nothing bar the order confirmation which says the expected delivery date is today

I suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team. They'll be able to check the order and delivery details for you to confirm if it's coming today.

I ordered my phone yesterday evening over the phone. I have had no email with an order number so I can track it.. Also no texts as to when it's going to be delivered..i paid for this delivery and have no confirmation as to when it's coming.

Anyone help??

You'll receive a text message from DPD with your tracking number before 8pm on the day before your delivery.
