Hi I ordered my upgrade to the note 9 an hour ago and it still says awaiting delivery confirmation even after being told I should get it tomorrow. Could someone help please.

If you have ordered a new device online and received a confirmation email your order will be being processed.
If you require to change delivery details you will need to contact our customer care team who has account access.
