Updating NHS email

My NHS email address has changed, I've tried to create a new account on EE perks but it's saying my details are already registered, has anyone found how to sort this? There's not a massive amount of help anywhere it just keeps telling me to log in!

Last year I started to open my perks account but couldn't get to my works email within the time allowed. Now says deactivated and I would like to use it please can you advise.

BBC iPlayer HDR content shot showing colours correctly on EETV

So, I noticed that when watching 'The Gold' on BBC iPlayer in HDR 4K on EETV, that the colours looked horrible. All lemon and green.I then switched to my Apple TV and watched the same programme in HDR 4K and it looked fine.What is causing this?Thanks...
