I placed an order for a new phone on your website on Thu 17/12 (am switching provider) but have not yet received confirmation order

I've finally received my phone - but the wrong phone has arrived. I ordered nokia 1 plus and nokia 1.3 has arrived instead

What number should I ring? When I was trying to sort out my missing order number, all the numbers are dialled requested my ee mobile number. I don't have this yet as I'm trying to take my number with me from current provider

Help! I am trying to switch to EE from another network. I have ordered a phone but been sent the wrong one. I have been advised to contact Customer Services but all of their numbers are automated and require me to input an EE phone number to proceed. If I don't get a response by tomorrow morning I will have to assume you do not want my custom and will arrange to return the phone
