hi I upgraded to a new iPhone12pro  29/10/20 my status of the phone says waiting on confirmation on delivery can you inform me how long this will take I haven't received any confirmation via text or email

Any upfront costs are payable when you place your order.

The different order number is nothing to worry about, I believe the second number is for internal use.

As soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order, we'll send you a text with tracking details.
