new sim not working

As the title says. I ordered the new samsung s20 ultra with a new sim card. Phone working but not the sim> Stating sim 1 not provisioned. I have rang 150 today and they stated its because the sim wasnt activated. It still hasnt come back to normal, Ive restarted several times and cleaned with a cloth. Any ideas.
