I have just bought a second handset on my account and am waiting for a number to port. I gave the phone number and pac code when i bought the handset but the number is still the one from the new sim.
i can't work out what i am supposed to do and customer services just sends me round in a "choose 1, choose 2" loop without any way to speak to a human.
Any advice?

When did you request the transfer ?
If you call freephone 0800 317 720 you will get straight through to a advisor without any IVR options.
