I called in yesterday to cancel my contract towards its end. The guy on the phone was very ignorant and tried to be as quick as possible and cancelled my contract straight away which I found out after the call from the text message I received. Now it says that I have to pay a cancellation fee (higher than the one month of contract that I have left). If I don’t use my PAC code, is the contract still going to get cancelled? To what date? What can I do now?

@lucie_jvd You can not be charged more than your monthly bill unless you are terminating the contract mid contract and before the minimum notice period of 30 days before your contract term is up.
If you don’t use the pac code your contract will not just stop it will change to a 30 day rolling contract at your minimum term date.
