Early sim cancellation fee

How much is a sim contract cancellation fee because just spoke to EE customer service on the phone and told me £400 as if I am cancelling a phone contract! Need to understand it’s not like I am having what I was promised

It depends on your contract and the time you have remaining. 

 

If you've spoken to EE CS then the figure is likely correct. If you are unsure then ring back and speak to another person.

  • Check your My EE Account.
  • Send us a text message with the word ‘INFO’ to 85075. We’ll then provide you with the information and send you a text message.
