iphone 13 pro max derlivery

spoke to a guy called ryan on the 25th off September who advised me that the iphone 13 pro max was in stock so i paid my upgrade fee off £650 and was told i would get the phone monday the 27th monday came no phone rung up was told there’s no stock and should get my phone 21 days checking the tracking it said expected 15-19th off this month then checked today and now it states awaiting confirmation again what a joke i believe that they wasn’t in stock all along and he just wanted the commission!!

I’m waiting for a green phone 11 which is later than I thought. Not even a date yet which is unusual in my experience with EE. I’m not sure where they originate from but suspect they’re held up on a ship ( some redirected to Rotterdam now due to overload of unloaded stuff at our ports) or at a port but no transport available to take them to destination or some other complication due to Brexit/Covid. Of course they may have a shortage of material to make them as that is and will be more a problem too.

My husband got his in an EE franchise shop ( but not the good deal I got) and they only had purple but luckily he liked it.

I think we have to be patient to a point, unfortunately. Good Luck.
