I am looking to buy a mobile router so I can be away from home and still access the internet and work emails. Can you suggest which product and do you have information on what it will cost for the device and the sim deal?

Hi,

Thanks for replying. Does your reply feature options for a mobile router that I can travel with? The link seems to go to home routers.

Yes, most of them. Look at the 4GEE WiFi ones.

Thanks, so with these I can just buy it and then connect my phone to it so I can receive emails etc when I'm on the go or, like in parks and hillside walks, remote places?

Hi @p73,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Do you just need a mobile broadband connection for your phone?

What type of phone are you using?

Thanks

James

Hi

Thanks for replying.

I have a samsung s6 and would like a mobile router so I can still pick up
emails when I'm on the move or in remote places.

Can you suggest something. Nothing fancy, just something that does the job
so I know I will get emails as soon as they come in.

You can pick up your emails on your phone. They both operate by SIM to connect to the mobile network. So why should a router be any better at it? They are intended to provide connection for many devices.
