Good afternoon, I placed an order with you at the store on October 25th, but so far I haven't received it, to track it on the website, it showed the delivery date until November 30th and now it doesn't show up anymore. At first the clerk said it would be in 2 weeks. I am totally dissatisfied with the negligence.

Sorry to hear that you've had delays in receiving your new device.
To confirm, was this placed at your local store? If so, naturally the first port of call would be to get in touch with them directly, which I appreciate due to lockdown may not be possible.
If the order has been delivered to the Store in which you ordered through, it may have been delivered there, but they have been unable to have you collect due to the current restrictions.
I would say the best course of action would be to call CS on 150 and select Option 1 for Account Queries and explain the situation and see if they would be able to shed any light on where your order is currently. May I ask what device it was that you ordered?

A message was sent to me weeks ago saying that due to the lockdown it would be delivered to my address. I bought the Iphone 12 pro gold
