Hiya,
i placed an order for an Apple Ipad on 16th November. I have had my confirmation email and tried to track it on here but it wont work. On Thursday i used the live chat and they advised it would be sent out in the next couple of days, but ive still heard nothing.
please can you clarify the situation of my order please?

If this was the iPad 10.2-inch 2020 32GB Gold, this is showing expected dispatch within 7 days.
Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will text or email you with details on your delivery.
