just joined web site

Hello ,just joined web site to try and alter my T.mobile(ee acount) I am currently on PAYG and want to remain on it,Web page now tells me I am on prepay ,I haven't signed up to anything .Am I still on PAYG ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Is that Yes ,I am still on PAYG

Yes, Prepay = PAYG.

 

However EE removed online management of T-Mobile a/c's a year or 2 back. You can only do oi by the the Text Service or by phoning up.
