No internet signal. Website reports engineers have fixed a problem locally but it looks like they haven't. Can't report an issue online because 'something went wrong' and I am cross because I have paid a fortune for unlimited data! I've turned it off and on again but no joy. What can I try now?

When was the problem resolved in the area?
Have you entered your postcode and selected 'Check Network' on the Coverage and Network Status Checker?
Do you have an EE mobile?
