ordered mine almost a week ago and have had the same delay also. And EE charging me the higher rate for old contract until I receive my new phone

I ordered mine on the 27th, was told 14 day wait. My tracking just updated this morning to tell me 20-25th.. That’s almost and entire month and a half, wtf

update, it just changed to 25th-30th of november.. The delay is getting longer and longer and i ordered mine on the 27th. You will probably be waiting like 2 months for yours
