Where is my upgrade of iPhone 12 Pro???

Hi There,

 

I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro as an upgrade on Sunday 1st November and advised up to 3 weeks for delivery but it will more than likely arrive before then.

 

I’ve now just checked my order status and it states 30th Nov to 5th December as a delivery window?  

Surely you have a rough idea in demand and can plan for this?  It’s extremely annoying knowing that you will take an upgrade order and not be able to fulfil an order on time.......

@V23NUS   EE doesn’t know how many devices they’ll get from Apple.  Apple can not make enough device and believe it or not Apple have a supply issue for parts so are taking part that should be in the iPad Pro and putting them in the 12 pro.   EE like you are waiting on delivery and if you even checked the Apple store even there it’s a minimum 30 day wait and that was the beginning of November and it will only increase.  Your blaming EE for a supply issue by the manufacturer of the device.
