Hi - I placed an order yesterday morning via the website for a new Apple 6 Watch - i have a EE - Thanks for your order email but no confirmation or order number - how do I know my order is being processed

Welcome to the community,

 

It depends which one you ordered and whether they are in stock and whether others have ordered before you, as it will be on a first come first served. Which one did you order?

 

We have no access to stock and orders here in the forums, but if you want to know, then you can ring customer service to find out.

 

You will receive a text/email from DPD the evening before delivery and on the day another one with a one hour window when it will be delivered.

Thanks for you reply 🙂  I order the Apple series 6 40mm in Gold - when I placed the order it was in stock.....

@maureennina , ring customer service, they should be able to check where your order is and when you can expect delivery. I have the red version, had gold for the 3 and 4 version, it is a lovely watch with the always on, I am sure you will enjoy it.
