Apple IPhones overheating and crashing

My iPhone 7 back camera has stopped working. When you open up the app, it shows a blank screen, and doesn’t turn on the torch, the front camera works however.

I also keep getting messages saying that my phone is overheating, especially when I am on a video call or charging it. The camera feels very hot, does anyone know if these issues are related, or how to fix them?

Have you spoken to Apple support? I think that should be your first point of call tbh.

Sounds like you could have a hardware issues, which they would be best to help with.
