I am eligible for a standard upgrade, I’m trying to upgrade but each phone I pick says the same thing -
‘Sorry Karen, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.’
I want to upgrade to an iPhone but all day this - is this an issue with my account?

@Karen2019 give customer services a call as they will be able to help you get this resolved.
