iPhone hotspot to Android Tablet not working

I have an iPhone 13 pro max and I try to connect the hotspot from my phone to my android tablet, however it keeps saying saved and then re enter password. I’ve reset network settings on both devices and changed the hotspot password, but I get the same issue. I’ve tried connecting an android device hotspot to the tablet and it works. I’ve tried connecting my iPhone hotspot to other iPhones and it connects. What is the issue?

Have you made sure 'Allow others to join' is on in your Hotspot settings?

I'd recommend backing up and restoring your iPhone to factory settings.

 

If that doesn't work, maybe try the same thing on your tablet.
